Chocolate Rapture;

--So I start school tomorrow. My summer has finally come to a close, but I'm really happy to say that the last weeks of my summer were spent with some really great people as well as some choice music.
   
       In honor of summer ending, or me trying to keep my mind off of the nerves I have for tomorrow, I decided to make a cake. Not some sad box mix, I'm talking about a recipe from a vintage house-wife cookbook. This book was titled: 10 Cakes Husbands Like Best. At the beginning of this book, it has a few paragraphs reassuring the average housewife that their Husbands will be pleased, it actually uses the word "surefire". Yes, I really do own this cookbook. It was a challenge, but it kept my me busy for a few hours. And sadly, like always, the finished product never ever turns out like the picture in the book. But it won the approval of my younger brother, so what more could I ask for?
   
       The cake recipe I chose? Chocolate Rapture.
